Christine Milne

Christine Milne ( born May 14, 1953 in Latrobe, Tasmania ) is an Australian politician and since 2012 leader of the Australian Greens.

1989 Milne succeeded the catchment as deputies in the Parliament of the Australian state of Tasmania. Since 1 July 2005, Senator Milne in the Australian Senate. 2008 was the passionate hobby gardener deputy leader of the Australian Greens and on 13 April 2012, it was after the recent resignation for personal reasons of the legendary co-founder of the Party Bob Brown his successor in the party leadership. Her successor in the delegate was the first member of Parliament for the Greens, Adam Bandt from Melbourne.
