The Christmas Island Airport, English Christmas Island Airport, is an airport located on the belonging to Australia Christmas Island.
The airport is the only airport on the island 1400 inhabitants and thus forms the main backbone in international traffic. It is located on the east side of the island, not far from the main town of Flying Fish Cove. The airport currently scheduled service is only served by Virgin Australia, the Cocos Islands Perth and served from there, and there is also occasional charter flights. Operator is the PDL Toll.
