CJK Unified Ideographs Extension D
The Unicode block Unified CJK Ideographs, Extension D (English: CJK Unified Ideographs Extension D) is a Unicode block in the Unicode standard, which was introduced with version 6.0. The terms " Ideographs " in the original or " ideograms " in the translation are misleading because the scriptures thus shown are not strictly term writings ( cf. ideography ).
It encodes 222 Chinese characters, which were of the Ideographic Rapporteur Group ( IRG) selected 2009 as the coding of these characters when it was urgently necessary in the opinion.
