Clive Sarstedt

Robin Sarstedt ( Wes Sands, Clive Sands ) ( born January 21, 1944 in Delhi, India) is a British singer.

Robin Sarstedt was born with his brothers Peter and Richard in a seller family. In 1954 he moved with his mother, his father and three brothers to England. Even before his arrival died Robins father.

At the beginning of the 1960s he was promoted to his brother Richard the page ( which became known under the stage name of Eden Kane ) to a teen idol, later he began a solo career. Sarstedt initially joined under the name Wes Sands, and later as Clive Sands. When Robin Sarstedt he had finally in 1976 with a cover version of My Resistance Is Low a hit. He also co-wrote songs for his brother Peter.
