The Club Ferro Carril Oeste is an Argentine sports club from the district of Caballito Buenos Aires in Argentina, whose founders were employed at a regional railway line ( Ferro Carril Oeste = Western Railway ). He is mainly known for its divisions in football and basketball.

The club was founded on 28 July 1904 by 95 railway workers.

Basketball Division

Ferro Carril Oeste was in the early 80s under their manager Leon Najnudel one of the most successful South American basketball teams. The team plays in the 2nd League Torneo Nacional de Ascenso.
