Codex Mutinensis

The Codex Mutinensis ( Gregory -Aland no Ha or 014; von Soden α 6), is a Greek manuscript of the book of Acts, which is dated to the 9th century.

Description

The Codex missing parts (Acts 1.1 to 5.28; 9.39 to 10.19; 13.36 to 14.3; 27.4 to 28.31 ). The text is in one column, 30 lines, 36 characters in one line. The letters to the right inclined with alcohol and accents. It contains Prolegomena, signatures, στιχοι, prefaces to Paul.

The Greek text of Codex Mutinensis represents the Byzantine text-type. The text of the Codex is assigned to the category V.

The manuscript was collated by Tischendorf (1843 ) and Tregelles (1846 ).

The Codex Mutinensis consists of 43 recorded sheets (33 x 23 cm) and is kept at the Biblioteca Estense ( Gr. 196 ) in Modena.
