Constantin Teașcă

Constantin Teaşcă ( born September 25, 1922 in Giurgiu, † 30 July 1996 ) was a Romanian football coach. He was 1962 and 1967 Romanian coach over the years.

Career

1958 head coach of Dinamo Bacau in Divizia was Teaşcă in summer A. The 1958/59 season, he finished in a square in the upper middle, before he had to go the end of 1959. After two games on the bench Dinamo Bucharest in 1962, he was Romanian national coach in the fall of 1962 for three games. He made his debut on September 30, 1962 in a friendly match against Morocco, which won his team 4-0. After a 2:3 defeat against East Germany two weeks later he managed the team for the last time on 1 November 1962 at the European Championship qualifier against Spain, which Romania lost with 0:6. Then Teaşcă was replaced by his predecessor, Gheorghe Popescu.

In the summer of 1963 was Teaşcă successor of Traian Iordache at CSMS Iaşi. With CSMS he was both the season 1963/64 and 1964/65 quit with the class whereabouts before his engagement ended in Iasi. After he had looked in 1967, again the Romanian national team for a game, he took over in early 1968 Erstligist Universitatea Cluj. His team finished the season 1967/68 on a place in the midfield. The end of 1968 he had to vacate his seat in April 1969 and was head coach of FC Arges Pitesti. He had to hold in March 1970, when he was replaced a few days before the end of the season by Leonte Ianovschi this post. In the summer of 1970 was Teaşcă head coach of Fenerbahce. The reigning champion closed the 1970/71 season as runners-up from and had to go back.

In early 1974, replaced Teaşcă Gheorghe Constantin as coach of Steaua Bucharest. With Steaua he could in both 1973/ 74 and 1974/75 do not qualify for the European Cup. He was replaced in the summer of 1975 by Emerich Jenei. In the summer of 1976, he took over the FC Universitatea Craiova, where he won his first title with the Cup victory in 1977. From summer 1979 to summer of 1981, supervised Teaşcă FCM Galaţi in Divizia A, before he had to stay with his team. Subsequently, he was coach of Dinamo Bucharest Victoria in Divizia C. In the 1981/82 season he led his team in the Divizia B, where he jumped out two placings in the top group. In the summer of 1984 he left Dinamo- Victoria again.

After two months on the bank of Bihor Oradea in the fall of 1985, he oversaw the fall of 1986 for the second time the FC Universitatea Craiova.
