Convoy PQ 4

The convoy PQ 4 was an Allied Nordmeergeleitzug, which was set up in November 1941 in the Icelandic Hvalfjörður and essential war goods brought into the Soviet Arkhangelsk. The Allies suffered no losses.

Composition and assurance

The convoy PQ 4 was composed of eight cargo ships. On November 17, 1941, she left Hvalfjörður ( Lage64.27 - 21.92 ) in the direction of Arkhangelsk ( Lage64.5540.48 ).
