Cookstown Hockey Club

The Cookstown Hockey Club is a hockey club based in Cookstown, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Beyond the regional Ulster Hockey Union belongs to the club of the Irish Hockey Association was founded in 1951. The 1.Herren rose in 1967 in the second division, and in 1975 in the 1st Division. Since then, Cooktown is top notch and plays in the Premier League of the Ulster Senior League. 2011 the team won for the second time the Irish National Cup. At European level, Cookstown took as inferior Cup finalist in 1981 participated in the second-class Euro Hockey Club Champions Trophy since Cup Winners Belfast YMCA nich was ready to play on a Sunday.
