Coonamble Shire

Coonamble is located in the North - Western region about 530 km northwest of the city of Sydney. The area includes 61 districts and towns, including Coonamble, Gular, Quambone, Warrumbungle and part of Gulargambone. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the center of Coonamble LGA where about 2,500 inhabitants.

Management

The Coonamble Shire Council has nine members, who are elected by the residents of three wards (three Councillor of A, B and C. Ward). These three districts are set independently of the villages. From the circle of Councillor also the Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council recruited.
