The River at La Ferte-Saint -Aubin

The Cosson is a river in France, which runs in the Centre region. It rises in the Sologne, in the district of Vannes -sur -Cosson, from the Etang de la Ramellière. The river drains generally in a westerly direction and joins after 96 kilometers in Cande -sur -Beuvron as a right tributary to the Beuvron, just before its confluence with the Loire. On his way to the Cosson crosses the départements of Loiret and Loir -et- Cher.
