Creamfields

Creamfields is a music festival for dance music with DJs and live acts. Apart from the actual Creamfields in Liverpool, there are other festivals under this name in Andalusia (Spain ), Buenos Aires ( Argentina), Istanbul ( Turkey), Mexico City ( Mexico), Moscow ( Russia), Prague (Czech Republic ), Santiago de (Chile), São Paulo (Brazil) and Wroclaw ( Poland). The Liverpool Festival takes place annually on the Summer Bank Holiday weekend in late August, the Saturday before the last Monday in August. The one-day festival is organized by the makers of clubbing brand Cream.

Creamfields was organized in 1998 for the first time. Since then, it takes place annually at the disused airfield Old Airfield.

In Buenos Aires is a Creamfields festival held since 2001, in 2005 more than 65,000 people came together to dance for more than 17 hours.

In the UK in 2005 were the headliners: Basement Jaxx, Faithless and Caged Baby.

In Mexico in 2005 were the headliners: Stellastarr *, Paul Oakenfold, Babasónicos, Audio Bullys, Zoe, Hernan Cattaneo, Sussie 4, Los Dynamite.

In Buenos Aires in 2005 were the headliners: The Prodigy, Paul Oakenfold, Danny Tenaglia, David Guetta, Audio Bullys, Hernan Cattaneo.

In Breslau were the headliners: Paul van Dyk, Kosheen, Audio Bullys, Bob Sinclar, Deep Dish, Richie Hawtin, Dave Clarke, Mario Ranieri and Roni Size. More than 20,000 people visited the six stages. Creamfields Polska 2007 was held on 7 July 2007.
