Cydonie Mothersille

Cydonie Mothersille ( Cydonie Camille Mothersille - Modibo, also Mothersill written; born March 19, 1978 in Kingston) is a Jamaican sprinter origin that launches internationally for the Cayman Islands.

The biggest success of her career, she celebrated by winning the bronze medal in the 200 - meter sprint at the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton. Although they reached the finish in 22.88 s only in fifth, but moved in the standings by two ranks, as later the champion Marion Jones and the Third Kelli White were later disqualified for doping. In addition Mothersille was second over 200 meters at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo in 2003.

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005 and 2007 in Osaka she won the 200 - meter race in eighth place, respectively. However, they retired at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin in the semifinals.

She took a total of three times participate in the Olympics.
