Cyrus Njui

Cyrus Gichobi Njui (born 11 February 1986) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

2006 and 2010 he won the Sapporo Half Marathon, in which he set up in 2009 as a third party his best time over this distance, and in 2010 he won on his debut at the 42,195 - km - distance to the Hokkaido Marathon.

In 2011, he was fifth at the Tokyo Marathon, third in Gifu Seiryu Half Marathon and defended his title at the Sapporo Half Marathon. In 2013 he finished fourth in Gifu.

Cyrus Gichobi Njui is 1,71 m tall and weighs 52 kg. After studying at the Ryutsu Keizai University, he joined initially to the company team of Nissan. He currently competes for the team of Hitachi Cable.
