Dagang District

Dagang (大港区) was a district of the centrally-administered city of Tianjin in northern China. Dagang had an area of 940 km ² and around 350,000 inhabitants ( end of 2004).

Administrative Divisions

At the community level, Dagang consisted of five road districts and three large municipalities. These were:

  • District Yingbin Road (迎宾 街道);
  • Road district Shengli (胜利 街道);
  • Road district Gulin (古 林 街道);
  • Road district Haibin (海滨 街道);
  • Road district Gangxi (港 西 街道);
  • Greater community Taiping (太平 镇);
  • Greater community Xiaowangzhuang (小王 庄镇);
  • Greater community Zhongtang (中 塘镇).

Resolution

As of December 31, 2009, the City Dagang District was dissolved and its area part of the " New District " Binhai.
