Dagoba (Band)

Dagoba is a French metal band which was founded in 1998.

History

After Dagoba had released two demos, they began in 2000 in the current composition to write songs and published in November 2001 their first EP Release the Fury, which contains six songs. Then they made a small tour and after a pause, she published in 2003 her first, self-titled album. Then they toured the world for over a year and played among other things as the opening act for Machine Head, Fear Factory and In Flames. In 2005 she wrote again songs for a new album, released in February 2006 under the name What Hell Is About. Producer Tue Madsen was, who was already working for Such Mnemic and The Haunted. In addition, as a guest vocalist Simen " ICS Vortex " Hestnæs (Former bassist / vocalist of Dimmu Borgir ) was placed. After the release she went on tour again, when they played for example with Sepultura as the opening act for In Flames.

In October 2008, appeared again produced by Tue Madsen 's third studio album Face the Colossus.
