Daisy Tourné

Daisy Tourné Valdez ( born March 17, 1951 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan politician.

The teacher is the niece of former Senator Uruguay Tourné. It belongs to the Partido Socialista del Uruguay and sitting since June 5, 2009 as the MP for the Frente Amplio in the Cámara de Representantes after they had listened to this already in previous legislative sessions in the period 5 February 1995 to March 8, 2007. From March 8, 2007 to June 5, 2009, she was Minister of the Interior of Uruguay.
