Dan Andriano

Dan Andriano (* June 27, 1977 in Elgin, Illinois ) is an American musician and the bassist and second singer of the Chicago-based punk rock band Alkaline Trio. Previously, he played bass in the ska - punk band Slapstick, he was also a singer and bassist of the band Tuesday. Dan Andriano joined Alkaline Trio in 1997 as a bassist after bassist Rob Doran, former left the band. His voice has been compared to that of Elvis Costello.

In 2002 he released about the same time as the split EP of his colleagues Alkaline Trio Matt Skiba also such a work involving Andrianos, in collaboration with Mike Felumlee, the former drummer of the trio. Meanwhile, he is also active in the side project The Falcon, which includes musicians from The Lawrence Arms and Rise Against.
