Dana Hadačová

Dana Čechová, born Hadačová ( born September 3, 1983 in Hodonín, South Moravian Region, Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech table tennis player. Since 2007 she plays for Hassia Bingen ( since 2011 TTG Bingen / Münster- Sarmsheim ) in the German Table Tennis League. Their greatest success was winning the bronze medal with the team at the Table Tennis European Championships in 2009.

Career

Dana Hadačová was already in her youth successfully in table tennis. For Czech Junior Championships, she won the title in singles and doubles as a long -standing youth national team took part twice in the Junior -Europe -TOP -12 and 2000 she won the Slovenia Open. In the season 2004/2005 she joined the club Horni Sucha Start by Germany to the then second division Homberger TS and managed directly promoted to the Bundesliga. Immediately thereafter, she moved back to the second division to Hannover 96 Again she made in her first year 2005/2006 direct ascent. But even with Hanover held them not long before she moved again in 2007 to the second division to Hassia Bingen. There they developed in the next few years the top player in the 2nd Bundesliga.

In early 2008, she participated in Guangzhou at their first world championships. In the same year she won her first single in the Czech championship in the seniors. By the knockout phase at the Olympic qualifying tournament in Budapest, she managed then, a complete surprise to many, the jump to the Summer Olympics. There she retired after good performances in the second round with 3:4 against Georgina Póta from Hungary. End of the year they also took part in their first European Championship in Saint Petersburg. In the Summer Olympics 2012, she retired already out in the first round.

The good performance continued into the following season 2008/2009. As best individual player in the 2nd Bundesliga South ( 28:2 games in the front pair of cross) she managed with Hassia Bingen as the unbeaten champion of the promotion to the 1st Bundesliga. At the European Championships in 2009 she succeeded then the largest ever success. With the team they could, especially due to their strong performances, winning the bronze medal. In the individual competition, she showed during the last sixteen responsive services.

In September 2012, she married the German table tennis player Roman Cech ( Czech Čech ). With him, she lives in Pilsen, where it operates a gym.
