Daniel Bohnacker

Daniel Bohnacker (born 21 February 1990) is a German freestyle skis. He specializes in the discipline of ski cross.

Biography

The Wester from home (Württemberg ) derived Bohnacker was an alpine ski racer at the start of his racing career. He took off in January 2006 participated in FIS races and national championships, but could not achieve significant results. After the 2008/ 09 season he moved to freestyle ski cross discipline. He first came mostly in the European Cup for use. His debut in the World Cup he had in Hasliberg, but where he did not make it past number 78 on March 14, 2009.

Bohnacker missed in the 2009/10 season to qualify for the Olympic Winter Games. As the Tenth World Cup race in Grindelwald, he won on 12 March 2010 first World Cup points. In October 2010 he began to study computer science economy. The breakthrough to the world class managed Bohnacker in winter 2010/11. After a slow start to the season, he won the race on 12 January 2011 in L' Alpe d' Huez. Nearly two months later, in Hasliberg the second podium. A third place in the 2011/12 season was his best result in the 2012/13 season a third place. Two podiums get him in the 2013/14 season, which he classified as third in the World Cup discipline standings.
