Danny Schayes

Danny Schayes ( born May 10, 1959 in Syracuse, NY ) was an American professional basketball player.

The son of American basketball legend Dolph Schayes was drafted by the Utah Jazz in 1981 and spent his best years in Denver Nuggets. After 18 years Schayes finished in 1999 his long career.

Schayes was characterized above all by a good middle distance throw, with which he drove his opponents to desperation.

Schayes lives with the former Olympic high diver Wendy Lucero. Also noteworthy is his college degree with honors in Organic Chemistry.
