Dany Carrel

Dany Carrel (actually Yvonne Suzanne Chazelles you Chaxel; born September 20, 1932 in Tourane, Annam, French Indo-China ) is a French actress.

Carrel, illegitimate daughter of a Vietnamese mother, was sent after the early death of her French father to France, where she attended a Bible school.

Director Henri Decoin, who, occupied in her first film, Dortoir des grandes, gave her the stage name Carrel, they extended themselves to Dany. They first played minor roles in melodramas and comedies until she got bigger roles in B- movies. In the 1960s, she worked throughout Europe, often in sales and other genre films.
