Dave Albritton

Dave Albritton (actually David Donald Albritton, born April 13, 1913 in Danville, Alabama, † 15 May 1994, Dayton, Ohio) was an American high jumper.

He belonged to the Ohio State University the same fraternity like Jesse Owens, who was also from Alabama, and took this as at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin part.

At the national qualifying contest on July 12, 1936 in New York, the two -color high jumper Cornelius Johnson and Albritton jointly won with a world record height of 2.07 m.
