David Kagan

David Dennis Kagan ( born November 9, 1949 in Waukegan, Illinois) is a bishop of Bismarck.

Life

David Kagan received on 14 June 1975, the ordination to the priesthood for the Diocese of Rockford.

Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on 19 October 2011 for the Bishop of Bismarck. The Archbishop of Minneapolis, John Clayton Nienstedt, donated to him on November 30th of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were his predecessors Paul Albert Zipfel and Thomas George Doran, Bishop of Rockford.

David Kagan is a Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy grave in Jerusalem.
