The Delatite River is a river in the middle of the Australian state of Victoria and flows into the Goulburn River.

The river rises between the ski resorts of Mount Stirling and Mount Buller on the western edge of the Alpine National Park. From the source of its course runs west through the small towns Mirimbah, Merrijig, Delatite and Piries. In Gough's Bay it flows into Lake Eildon, an artificial lake in the course of the Goulburn River.

The river was named after Delotite, wife of the Aboriginal leader Beolite, who headed the Yowung - Illum - Baluk clan of Taungurung.
