Delilah Asiago

Delilah Asiago ( born February 24, 1972) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

In the 1990s, she was one with personal bests of 31:22 minutes over 10 miles and 1:09:05 h over the half marathon distance to the world's best street racers. In 1995, she was named by Running Times Magazine on Road Racer of the Year.

They tested positive at the New Year's run of São Paulo on doping and occupied by the IAAF with a two-year suspension in 1999.

After which she specialized in the marathon distance. Your personal best she set in 2004 with 2:37:24 on in sixth of the Rotterdam Marathon. In 2006 she won the Dubai Marathon, in which she had previously missed out on victory in the year after she was hit in the final kilometer of cramps and nausea.
