Demidovsky District

The Demidowski rayon (Russian Демидовский район ) is a raion in the Smolensk Oblast in Russia. He is in the northwest of the Oblast. Covering an area of ​​2512 km ² live 14,900 inhabitants ( 2010). Administrative center of the Rajons is the small town with about 7330 inhabitants Demidov (2010).
