Destroy All Humans! is a video game that was developed by Pandemic Studios and published by THQ. It was released on 21 June 2005 for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. It takes place in the late 1950s in the U.S. and parodies from their lifestyles, pop culture and politics. The player controls Cryptosporidium 137, a member of the Furon race of aliens who have come to Earth to harvest the DNA of the people. The DNA they use to continue the cloning process of its kind. Destroy All Humans! is a third- person shooter in an open world.

After the insolvency and subsequent destruction THQ the rights to the series went to an auction at April 15, 2013 together with 150 other titles for a total of 4.9 million U.S. dollars to the Swedish publisher Nordic Games.
