Deutsch Nepal
German Nepal is the most famous music project and pseudonym of the Swedish Industrial and Dark Ambient musician Peter Andersson. In addition, he also published under the project name Frozen Faces and Lina Baby Doll. As Bockholm Andersson published together with the musician of the same name Peter Andersson, who as he grew up in southern Sweden Boxholm.
Career
Andersson was a member of the Swedish industrial band Njurmännen. In 1991, he released his debut album Deflagration of Hell under the alias German Nepal. The project name goes back to the same piece from the album Wolf City Krautrock band Amon Düül II from 1972.
It was followed by numerous releases on record labels such as Staalplaat, Cold Meat Industry and Old Europa Cafe. Andersson operates the metal label Degenerate Musikk.
Piero Scaruffi ranks alongside German Nepal In Slaughter Natives and Raison D' Etre for " generation of sound constructivists of the early 1990s ".
