Dion Esajas

Dion Esajas ( born November 7, 1980 in Amsterdam, Netherlands) is a Dutch football player.

Career

Esajas began his footballing career in the youth of DWS Amsterdam. The center forward played from 1997 to 2001 at HFC Haarlem, most recently in the Dutch second division. From 2001 to 2004 he was at FC Volendam under contract by which he ascended into the Eredivisie in 2003. After re- direct descent of the Dutch Elevator team, he moved to FC Zwolle. Since the beginning of the season 2006/ 07 he is at SC Paderborn 07 in the German Bundesliga 2 under contract. In the East Westphalia, however, he could not prevail, and made only six games as a substitute (as of 8 May 2007). His contract, which originally ran until 2008, was disbanded in May 2007 to end of season. He then went back to the Netherlands, where he was active in the Quick Boys from Katwijk two years. In 2009 he moved within the Hoofdklasse A to FC Lisse.
