District Council of Kimba

Kimba is located in the north of the Eyre Peninsula, about 290 km as the crow northwest of the city of Adelaide. The area includes 16 districts and towns: Barna, Buckleboo, Caralue, Cootra, Coorobinnie, Cortlinye, Cunyarie, Kelly, Kimba, Moseley, Panitya, Peela, Pinkawillinie, Solomon, Wilcherry and Yalanda. The administrative headquarters of the council is located in the town of Kimba in the eastern half of the LGA.

Management

The Council of Kimba has seven members, six councilor and the chairman and Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council are elected by the residents of the LGA. Kimba is not divided into districts.
