The administrative headquarters of the council is in Cummins in the northeast of the LGA.

Management

The Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula has seven members, six councilor and the chairman and Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council are elected by the residents of the LGA. Lower Eyre Peninsula is not divided into districts.
