The Doveria in Gondo

The Diveria ( on the Swiss side also: Doveria ) is the most important tributary of the Tosa and drains the south side of the Simplon Pass. It arises from the union of Laggina and Krummbach the village of Gabi south of the Simplon Pass in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. It flows through the Gondo gorge and takes in Gondo coming from Zwischbergen Big water. Behind Gondo they crossed the Italian border and flows as a result the whole Val Divedro. Her biggest tributary, the Cairasca, empties in Bertonio (municipality Varzo ). It opens at Crevoladossola in the Tosa.
