Dolany (Náchod District)

Dolany ( German Dolan ) is a municipality with 629 inhabitants ( 1 January 2004) in Okres Náchod in the Czech Republic. It is situated in 274 m asl right of the Upa and her next running small tributary Tůně between cities Jaroměř and Česká Skalice. The community halls have an area of ​​1,677 ha

History

The first written mention of Dolany dates from the year 1549. Much older is the district Krabčice, which is already detectable in 1385.
