Dolná Krupá

Dolna Krupa ( Unterkrupa German, Hungarian Alsókorompa ) is a municipality in western Slovakia. It is located about 12 km from Trnava in the Danube hills.

The village was first mentioned in 1113 as Crumba.

  • Built in the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Andrew in the classical style from the years 1807-11, on the foundations of an older Gothic church
  • The Dolna Krupa Castle in the classical style of the 18th century, originally built in the Baroque style
