Donald Chapman, Baron Northfield

William Donald Chapman, Baron Northfield known as Donald Chapman, (* November 25, 1923, † April 26, 2013 ) was a British Labour Party politician, life peer and economist.

Life and career

Chapman was born on 25 November 1923. He attended the Barnsley Grammar School and Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge. He graduated in 1948 with a Master of Arts in Economics from. Membership in the House of Commons
