Dorval

Dorval is a city in the southwest of the Canadian province of Quebec. It is located on the Île de Montréal west of Montreal. The city has an area of ​​20.88 km ² and has 18,208 inhabitants (as of 2011).

Geography

Dorval is located in the west of the Île de Montréal on the north shore of Lake Saint- Louis, in the region of West Iceland. The municipality is bordered to the north and east of Montreal (city districts Saint- Laurent and Lachine ), on the northwest by Dollard -Des Ormeaux and to the west by Pointe- Claire. Nearly half a kilometer off the coast is L'Île- Dorval. The city center of Montreal is about 14 kilometers away. History
