The Damietta seen from the southeast

The Damietta is a hill on the eastern border of the Scottish Council Area Stirling. The 418 meter-high hill forms the western terminus of the Ochil Hills.

The Damietta lies north of the flat valley of the Forth and protrudes from the southwest coming abruptly. It has a characteristic appearance and shapes the environment. From its summit you can enjoy a panoramic view over the Forthtal with the cities of Stirling, Bannockburn, St Ninians and Alloa. In north view the Grampians are recognizable. The settlement Blairlogie is located at the foot of the Damietta to the south. On the slopes of the remains of prehistoric Damietta Damietta can be found Fort.
