Dunedin Thunder

Dunedin Thunder is a New Zealand Hockey Club of Dunedin, which was founded in 2008 and plays in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League. The club play their home games in Dunedin Ice Stadium.

History

Dunedin Thunder was founded in 2008 as the fifth club in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League and was thus the first team after the leagues inception in 2005 has been re-recorded. In its first season, the team's fifth and last was thus. In the 12 games of the season Dunedin managed only a single success.
