Durchholzen is a district of the municipality Walchsee in Tyrol and has 562 inhabitants ( as of 2001).

Geography

Durchholzen lies about 3 km southwest of the municipal main town Walchsee. The lowest point in the district is Durchholzen ( Schmiedtal ) with 650 m, the highest the Front Kesselschneid with 2002 m above sea level. A.

At the village belong to the village of Durchholzen the hamlet of Lake Valley, the rotting Sonnleiten, the settlement Liesfeld, as well as several individual farms and pastures. Street names in the district are Durchholzen, Hochberg, Emperor, Liesfeld, Lindenweg, mosses and Sonnleiten.
