Edim Demir

Edim Demir ( born August 25, 1985 in Silifke ) is a Turkish footballer who plays for İskenderun Demir Celikspor.

Career

Demir began with the club football in the youth of his home club Silifke Belediyespor. From here he moved in 2003 to the youth of Antalya Okurcularspor.

In 2004 he moved with a professional contract provided to third division Usakspor. With this club he was in the third league season 2004/ 05 champion and rose to the second highest Turkish league, the TFF 1 Lig on. After climbing to the 2nd Ligs, he played about a half seasons for Usakspor and then moved within the league to Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ, the second team of the first division Gençlerbirliği Ankara. In Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ he eked out more of a reservist existence and completed to the end of the season only four league games. His team finished the second division 2006/07 season as champions and rose for the first time in the club's history in the Süper Lig on.

After the climb with Gençlerbirliği OFTAŞ in the Süper Lig, Demir left to the summer of 2007 this club and moved to third division İskenderun Demir Celikspor. For İskenderun DÇ he played a season consistently, and then hired at second division Boluspor. In this club he was promoted to first go as a scorer and was the top scorer with 14 goals his team. His team finished the season in third place and so missed the direct promotion to the Süper Lig Instead, the team for the playoffs the TFF 1 Lig qualified in this Boluspor retired in the quarterfinals against Karşıyaka SK from. Demir was until the summer of 2012 for the squad of Boluspor, but remained almost without injury Spieleinsätz.

In the summer of 2012, he moved to his old club İskenderun Demir Celikspor. Even with this club he was the first season without bet.
