Eiko Nakayama

Eiko Nakayama (Japanese中山 英 子, Eiko Nakayama, born September 28, 1970 in Matsumoto ) is a Japanese Skeleton pilot.

She studied Social Sciences at Waseda University. She then worked for the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun. Eiko Nakayama operates the Skeleton since 1999. She lives and trains in Nagano Prefecture. Her international debut at age 29 in Skeleton European Cup. In a race in Igls it reached a good sixth place, after which it was subsequently used in the Skeleton World Cup. Your first race she contested in December of the year in Winterberg and took there the 22th rank. In 2002 she took part in the inaugural Women's Olympic Skeleton competitions.
