The coat of arms of the von Eilsleben as old family coat of arms is not known to most citizens, but was already used in the Order of the carnival. The brewing coat of arms, as the guild crest of an innkeeper with brewing rights is known, because it was already used by the Village Club, the volunteer fire department and the Carnival Association. Both coat of arms were not a majority in the council. The now accepted crest is a compromise between two existing variants. The two symbols of the ancient coat of arms were arranged in chronological order in the fields. The common is the red - silver (white ) tincture. As a sign that the crest was only established at the present time, the division was chosen moved out of the center. The letter " E" was used as the third symbol, which is typical of this land as canting element for Eilsleben.
