Einar Landvik

Einar Aslaksen Landvik ( born March 25, 1898 in Kviteseid, † November 27, 1993 in Tinn ) was a Norwegian skier who was active in the Nordic combined and ski jumping and cross-country skiing their disciplines.

Career

Landvik won the silver medal in the Nordic combined behind Thorleif Haug at the Norwegian Championships 1922 in Gjøvik.

At the Olympic Winter Games in 1924 in Chamonix Landvik jumped on the normal hill on the 5th Place and reached this place as well in cross-country skiing over 18 km. Result, he was later awarded the Holmenkollen medal one year.

In the Nordic World Ski Championships 1926 in Lahti Landvik competed in Nordic combined and won the bronze medal in the individual.
