Elaine Devry

Elaine Devry ( born January 10, 1930 Thelma Elaine Mahnken in Compton, California) is an American actress.

Life

Devry began at the age of 15 years to work as a model. At age 18 she married, the marriage ended in divorce after four years. She was moved to her mother, who worked as an animator at Disney in Hollywood. There, she met the ten years older than Mickey Rooney, whom she married two months after the divorce from her first husband. Rooney gave her in 1954 her first feature film role in The Atomic Kid. 1959, her second marriage ended in divorce. In the 1960s, she appeared as a guest star in numerous television series, she was also seen in some movies; including the horror film Diary of a murderer on the side of Vincent Price, the Western bullets is from midnight next to James Stewart and Henry Fonda and the Doris Day comedy The Man in mummy's bed.
