Formation and Music

Both albums created practical at the same time and were recorded and mixed at Finnvox Studios from April 2002 to March 2003. Again, had the Joensuu City Orchestra and compiled by the band chorus part in the recording. Prior to the album's release, a single - shape of the piece I Walk to My Own Song appeared as the previous album released, which also contained two live recordings in addition to the title track.

Despite the similar naming Elements Part 2 is not a continuation of the first part, since no musical back covers are available. Rather, the second part of a conceptual counterpart to Elements Part 1 Represents the designed by Derek Riggs album cover shows is a surrounded by tree roots and flying autumn leaves statue and thus symblosiert two of the four elements, namely, earth and air. In contrast to Elements Part 1 are fire and water in the center.

Musically, too, suggests by this contrast. The first part is rather bombastic and delicately arranged, includes more complex song structures and is dominated by a cheerful mood. Elements Part 2, however, is again offering conventional composed songs. Only a few songs on the album are played in the previously typical for the band high speed (I Walk to My Own Song, I'm Still Alive, Know the Difference). The majority of the songs is kept in the mid to slow tempo (about Alpha & Omega ) or provides ballads dar. Also noteworthy are the latent tendency to minor keys and the more restrained instrumentation, in only a few places orchestra and choir for use come.
