Eliza Manningham-Buller, Baroness Manningham-Buller
Elizabeth " Eliza " Lydia Manningham - Buller, Baroness Manningham - Buller, of Northampton in the County of Northamptonshire DCB (* July 14, 1948 in Northampton ) is a British news service activist and politician, who was between 2002 and 2007 Director General of the National Intelligence Security Service and since 2008 is a life Peeress member of the House of Lords.

Eliza Manningham - Buller is the daughter of politician Reginald Manningham - Buller, 1st Viscount Dilhorne, of almost 20 years represented the Conservative Party as a delegate in the House of Commons and Solicitor General both as well as Attorney General for England and Wales and Lord Chancellor was.
