Elshan Gambarov

Elşən Qəmbərov (Russian Эльшан Гамбаров / Elschan Gambarov, Uzbek Elshan Gambarov, born October 30, 1972 in the Azerbaijan SSR, Soviet Union) is an Azerbaijani footballer on the position of midfielder. He currently plays for Bakili Baku PFK in the top division in Azerbaijani football, the Premyer Liqasi.

Career

In the club

Qəmbərov began his career as a professional football player in 1990 in the former Soviet Union at FK Dinamo Baku. The association, he remained faithful to 1993, before he transferred to the Russian Anzhi Makhachkala football club. Only a year later, moved Qəmbərov 1994 for one year also located in Makhachkala Dynamo Makhachkala. For the city rivals, he completed just 15 games before he again moved the club to an offer of PFK Turan Tovuz to accept. After two years at the PFK Turan Tovuz in the top division of Azerbaijan, the Premyer Liqasi, Qəmbərov again made a change.

This time he moved for one year from 1996 to 1997 to Baki Fehlesi, which he left a year later to go to FK Baku to go. Qəmbərov completed only ten games for the FK Baku, then the journey already moved on again. This time was his grip Uzbekistan. From 1998 to 1999 he was in the squad of Navbahor Namangan and left the club again to return for a year to Azerbaijan and to accept an offer from Neftchi Baku PFK. After only one year in his home country, it again went back to Uzbekistan, where he was offered by FK Samarqand-Dinamo a contract. Born in the Azerbaijan SSR Qəmbərov agreed, and ran from 1999 to 2002 for the Uzbek club on. In the year there were some change clubs for Qəmbərov. First, he moved again to Navbahor Namangan to transfer shortly to Kazakhstan to Qysylschar Petropavlovsk.

The Kazakhs he held only a year, the loyalty before the repeated changes to Uzbekistan came when he was commissioned in 2003 by FK Mashal Muborak under contract. Again Qəmbərov remained only a year before he returned to his homeland, where he was again taken up by the Neftchi Baku PFK 2003-2005. In the two years he came to no single application, which gave him the occasion one more time to change clubs. First we went for a year for FK Ganja and again a year later in which he came to FK Olimpik Baku in two years in eight games for use. From 2007 to 2008 Qəmbərov ran in nine games for the PFK Simurq Zaqatala. In 2008, followed by another transfer to the Uzbek FK Samarqand-Dinamo, for he was no league use until its disposal.

In 2009 he signed a contract with Bakili Baku PFK from his native Azerbaijan. By the end of the season 2008/ 09 he completed eight league matches for the club.

In the National Team

Overall Qəmbərov completed twelve appearances for the Azerbaijan national football team. The games he went through in the years 1994 to 2004.
