Engineer Range

The Engineer Range is a mountain range in the west of the Australian state of Tasmania. It is located southeast of Lake Burbury in the northwest corner of Franklin - Gordon Wild Rivers National Park.

The mountain range extends east of the West Coast Range and south of Mount Fincham in northwest-southeast direction and through the valleys of the Andrew River ( to the southwest ) and the Franklin River (north-east ) limited. The nearest available walking trail with viewpoints is the earlier, of Hydro Tasmania scale Mount McCall Track.

The lower slopes of the mountain range on the banks of the confining rivers were once jobs of the West Coast Piners. You searched there after the Huon holm oak ( Lagarostrobos franklinii ).
