EPMD is an American hip- hop band. It was in 1987 by Parrish Smith ( born May 13, 1968), which was previously active as a DJ already under the name of PMD and Erick Sermon ( born November 25, 1968) founded. The name stands for Erick and Parrish Millenium Duccats, as well as on the " Back in Business " Album " Erick And Parrish Making Dollars ". Her debut Strictly Business was awarded gold and is regarded as trend-setting classic. Erick Sermon Parrish Smith departed from the late 1990s. Parrish Smith went with DJ Honda and K- Solo ( Hit Squad ) long time on tour.
